Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Junior10X, an initiative of Naresh i Technologies handles personal information collected through this website and our workshops. Because our learners are children, we collect only what we need, only from parents or guardians, and we never sell personal data. We aim to process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When a parent or guardian registers for a workshop, we collect:

• Parent/guardian details: name, mobile number and email address.
• Child details: name and age; optionally city and school, if the workshop asks for them.
• Your message: any question you choose to send us.
• Consent record: confirmation that you are the parent/guardian and agree to be contacted.

We also record limited technical and campaign information: the advertising source that brought you to the page (UTM parameters such as source, medium and campaign), the referring website, and an anonymous count of page visits. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

• We collect a child's information only from a parent or guardian, with their consent, and only to arrange the child's participation.
• We do not track children's behaviour for advertising, and we do not show targeted advertising to children.
• We never publish a child's name, photo or personal details. Public images on this site come from licensed stock or approved brand shoots — not from workshop participants.
• A parent can ask us to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time.

• To confirm registrations and contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the workshop you registered for.
• To share joining details, reminders and schedule changes.
• To manage seats and prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
• To understand which campaigns bring families to us, in aggregate, so we can improve our outreach.
• With your permission, to tell you about future Junior10X workshops. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only:

• Within the Junior10X / Naresh i Technologies team responsible for running workshops.
• With service providers who host our website, database and communications, under confidentiality obligations and only for these purposes.
• Where required by law or to protect the safety of participants.

If analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) are enabled on this site, they receive page-level usage information as described in their own policies; they do not receive the details you type into the registration form.

Registration data is stored in a secured database accessible only to authorised staff through a password-protected admin area. We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls to protect it.

We keep registration data only as long as needed to run the workshop, follow up and meet legal or accounting obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie for the admin area. In your browser we store campaign information (for example, which ad you clicked) for up to 30 days so your registration is correctly attributed. This does not identify you personally. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

As a parent or guardian, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you or your child.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Delete your or your child's information, or withdraw consent for further contact.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, where permitted by law.

We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer reserve a workshop seat.
